About Our Esteemed Organization
History of Edmonton Bengali Association
Edmonton Bengali Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1979 with an aim to create opportunities to promote and provide quality educational, social and cultural activities within the Bengali community in and around Edmonton, Canada. While promotion of cultural heritage is our prime goal, community development through more youth participation is our dream. Learning and practising Bengali language is another key focus area of our activities through our Bengali School. We retain in our heart the contribution of great souls of Bengal.
